FROM APPLICATION TO PICKUP

Your rental.
A clear path to pickup.

Follow these steps to complete your rental with Newport Leasing Group. Our Director, Alex Zoerb, will guide you through the required documents and final approval.

  1. Submit your rental application.

    Complete the online rental application ↗ and review the fees and terms before submitting.

    The 48-hour hold is optional.

    If you select the hold in Section 4, you have 48 hours to complete all requirements emailed to you by Alex. The hold payment is nonrefundable. Please read all descriptions and terms in Section 4 before selecting this option.

  2. Complete all 18 pages of the agreement.

    After you submit your application, you’ll receive your Rental Agreement and an Insurance Requirements attachment. Complete the agreement and return all 18 pages to Alex, including every page—not only the signature pages.

  3. Arrange your insurance certificates.

    Forward the Insurance Requirements attachment to your insurance agent or company. It explains what must appear on your certificates of insurance (COI). You or your agent may email the completed certificates to Alex.

  4. Email your completed documents to Alex.

    Send the complete 18-page Rental Agreement and your insurance certificates to:

  5. Watch your email for corrections.

    Alex may request changes to your agreement or insurance certificates. Please make any requested corrections and return the updated documents promptly so your rental can move forward.

  6. Wait for confirmation, then schedule pickup.

    Once everything has been reviewed and completed, Alex will email your confirmation, first payment date, and pickup scheduling instructions. Then call the shop scheduling line to arrange your appointment.

  7. Bring your license and deposit to pickup.

    At pickup, you’ll pay your damage deposit, sign the pickup forms, and present your physical driver’s license so we can make a copy. Digital copies of your license are not accepted.
